Shipping & Returns Policy

Wild Survivals

1. General Terms

By placing an order with Wild Survivals, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.

2. Order Processing & Shipping

• Orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or other factors outside our control.

3. Order Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled for a full refund before they are shipped.
• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
• We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order due to stock issues, suspected fraud, or other operational reasons.

4. Returns & Refund Eligibility

You may request a return or refund within 20 days of confirmed delivery.

To be eligible:

• Items must be unused and in original condition (unless defective or damaged)
• Requests must include valid proof, such as photos or videos

We reserve the right to deny requests that do not meet these conditions.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

• Contact us within 20 days of delivery
• Provide clear photo or video evidence

Once approved, we will offer one of the following:

• Replacement (preferred when available)
• Full refund

If a return is required, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Refunds are issued after the item is received and inspected, unless otherwise determined by Wild Survivals.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Destroyed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed, lost, or confirmed destroyed in transit:

• Contact us with supporting information (tracking, screenshots, etc.)
• We will investigate with the carrier

If confirmed:

• We will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion

7. Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your order:

• You must contact us within 7 days of delivery status
• We may require you to:
  • Check with your local carrier or neighbors
  • File a claim with the shipping provider

Wild Survivals will assist in the investigation but does not guarantee a refund in all cases.

8. Non-Defective (Remorse) Returns

Returns for reasons such as “changed mind” or “no longer needed”:

• Are not guaranteed and are accepted at our discretion
• Must be requested within 20 days of delivery
• Must be unused and in original condition

If approved:

• Customer is responsible for return shipping
• A restocking fee of up to 20% may be deducted from the refund

9. Refund Processing

• Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after approval
• For returned items, refunds are issued after inspection confirms eligibility
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

10. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If an order is affected by incorrect information:

• We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages
• If the package is returned to us:
  • We may offer reshipment at the customer’s expense
  • Or issue a refund minus shipping costs

11. Return Logistics

• Returns must be approved before being sent
• Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded
• Customers must follow the return instructions provided by our support team

12. Shipping Limitations & Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Customs processing
• Carrier issues
• Weather or natural events
• Global or regional disruptions

However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving delivery issues.

13. Fraud Prevention & Abuse

We reserve the right to:

• Deny returns or refunds suspected of abuse or fraud
• Limit or refuse service to customers who violate our policies

14. Policy Updates

Wild Survivals may update this policy at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
